Experience a dynamic and rejuvenating fitness session led by our talented instructor, Lisa-Anne French. This unique class incorporates the Magic Ring (Pilates ring) to enhance core engagement, balance, and flexibility—blending elements of dance, martial arts, and mindful movement. It’s a full-body workout designed to strengthen, tone, and center both body and mind.
