By Subway & Tram (Most Scenic) Take the F train to Roosevelt Island station, or take the 4/5/6 trains to 59th Street-Lexington Avenue, then board the iconic Roosevelt Island Tramway. The Roosevelt Island Tramway provides amazing scenic views of Manhattan, running every 7-15 minutes from 59th street and Second Avenue in Manhattan to Tramway Plaza on Roosevelt Island.

By Subway Direct Take the F train directly to Roosevelt Island station. This is the most straightforward option, putting you right on the island. From the station, it's a short walk or free bus ride to the Cornell Tech campus.
By Ferry Take the NYC Ferry to Roosevelt Island Landing. This seasonal service offers beautiful water views and connects Roosevelt Island to other parts of Manhattan and Brooklyn.
By Car Access Roosevelt Island by car via the Roosevelt Island Bridge from 36th Avenue in Queens, then drive south down Main Street.

Getting Around Roosevelt Island Once on the island, you can walk to the Cornell Tech campus (about 10-15 minutes from the tram/subway stations) or take the free Roosevelt Island Red Bus, which stops at both the subway station and tram plaza and continues around the island.
The Tata Innovation Center is located within the Cornell Tech campus on the southern part of Roosevelt Island. Look for the distinctive seven-story crystalline building that serves as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.
