Learn the art of sourdough in this two-part hands-on class designed for beginners and enthusiasts alike. In the first session, you’ll discover how about and how to maintain your own sourdough starter, with tips for success at home. Return for the second session to bake a variety of delicious sourdough items and deepen your understanding of fermentation and flavor. Come ready to learn, sample, and take home the skills to bake with confidence.
