Amy Frye is co-owner of Boldly Grown Farm, a certified organic vegetable farm in Washington's Skagit Valley. Over the past decade, she and her husband, Jacob, have transformed an old dairy farm into a thriving 40-acre vegetable operation—complete with two spirited kids, a bustling wholesale business, a winter CSA, and a year-round farm stand. Originally from Minnesota, Amy holds a Master's in Resource Management from the University of British Columbia, where she met Jacob at the campus farm. She's a passionate advocate for local food and farmers—always bringing a side of humor (and a lot of radicchio) to the table.
