Join us for Zen & Play at Play & Stay - your midday permission slip to stop, breathe, and let go. Think: good vibes, light bites, and your kid off your hands for two blessed hours.

🎧 A 45-minute Soundbath that will melt your stress

👶 Childcare $20 for first kid- $10 per additional kid (pay on site for childcare)- still cheaper than therapy

***childcare for 6 yrs old and under. Over 7 can participate in sound bath.***
