Am 26. Juni lädt Clermont zur exklusiven Premiere eines außergewöhnlichen Projekts ein: Zwei originale USM Haller Boards wurden vom Artist Lugosis in mutige, einzigartige Kunstwerke verwandelt. Ihre feierliche Enthüllung markiert den Auftakt einer zweimonatigen Soloausstellung – erstmals werden Werke von Lugosis in diesem besonderen Zusammenspiel aus Kunst und Design präsentiert.

On June 26, Clermont invites you to a one-of-a-kind premiere: Two original USM Haller boards have been transformed by contemporary artist Lugosis into bold, exclusive artworks. Their grand unveiling marks the opening night of a two-month solo exhibition, with Lugosis’ pieces on view for the first time ever in this design-meets-art context.

Who is Lugosis?

Lugosis ist ein zeitgenössischer Künstler, Tätowierer und Graffiti-Artist aus Italien, aktuell in Berlin tätig. Seine visuelle Welt ist geprägt von Cartoons, Animation und Popkultur – kombiniert mit persönlichen Erlebnissen und jugendlicher Energie.

Seit über zwei Jahrzehnten erschafft er ein eigenes Universum aus Figuren und Formen – oft im Zusammenspiel mit Ikonen wie Looney Tunes, Disney oder Anime. Seine Werkzeuge: Sprühdosen, Marker und die Tattoo-Maschine. Doch seine kreative Reise umfasst auch Pinsel, Aquarell, Acryl oder Kohle. Die Werke bei clermont spiegeln diese Vielfalt mutig und kraftvoll wider.

Lugosis is a contemporary artist, tattooer, and graffiti artist from Italy, currently based in Berlin. His visual world is inspired by cartoons and animation — drawing on pop culture, personal experience, and youth culture. Over two decades, Lugosis has built a universe of original characters, often blending in iconic figures like Looney Tunes, Disney classics, or anime personas.
His primary tools are spray cans, markers, and his tattoo machine, but his creative process embraces experimentation — from brush paintings in acrylic or watercolor to raw charcoal sketches. The pieces on display at clermont are a bold testament to this dynamic approach.
