Program Description:
This 6-week in-person postpartum recovery group is designed for mamas in the early months after birth who are ready to feel strong, supported, and reconnected to their bodies. Each session blends gentle movement, breathwork, core and pelvic floor rehab, and supportive discussion with other moms in a safe and welcoming space. Babies are welcome!

Whether you're 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum, this series is your space to heal, strengthen, and feel like yourself again - from the inside out.

  • Breathwork, posture & alignment coaching
  • Supportive education on common postpartum symptoms

Weekly Breakdown:

Week 1: Foundations + Breath & Connection
Learn about your core and pelvic floor, postural shifts postpartum, and how to reconnect through intentional breath and alignment.

Week 2: Gentle Core Engagement & Diastasis Awareness
Explore safe core activations and begin gentle exercises to address diastasis recti and core dysfunction.

Week 3: Pelvic Floor Strength & Release
Learn how to engage and release the pelvic floor properly to support long-term function and healing.

Week 4: Stability, Strength & Mama Movement
Begin integrating strength-based movements for daily life, lifting baby, and building back confidence.

Week 5: Postural Reset & Everyday Strategies
Focus on real-life tools to support posture, reduce back pain, and feel more stable through motherhood demands.

Week 6: Integration & Celebration
Review, reflect, and celebrate your progress! Get tips for continuing your healing journey beyond the group.
