Feeling stretched thin, scattered, or simply craving stillness?

These weekly sound bath sessions are your invitation to slow down, release, and reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.

Using the healing vibrations of quartz crystal sound bowls, calming chimes, and guided meditation, you’ll be gently guided into deep relaxation and energetic reset.

No experience necessary, just come as you are.

🗓️ July 9 – Sound Bath for the Broken-Hearted
A gentle, heart-centered sound bath for those navigating grief, change, or emotional heaviness. Come soften the ache and feel held.

Feeling scattered or depleted? This session helps you reclaim your energy, ground your presence, and reweave your sense of wholeness.

🗓️ August 6th – Finding Peace within the Chaos
Designed to soothe anxiety and quiet the mind, this session is a space to breathe deeper, release fear, and reconnect with inner steadiness.

This grounding sound journey supports your lower chakras and sense of safety, creating a solid foundation for growth, confidence, and clarity.

For the minds that never shut off—this sound bath is your invitation to slow the spin, soften control, and find quiet within.

🗓️ Oct 1st – Softness Over Striving
Release the pressure to be perfect. This session invites you to gently embrace yourself flaws, fatigue, and all through loving sound.

• 60-minute immersive sound experience
• Bring your own Yoga mats and blankets
  (we will have a couple of extra, available first come, first serve)
• Small group setting for personal attention and ease
• Soothing atmosphere with soft lights and intentional soundscape
• Time for integration and reflection
