It's an incredible tool to help regulate your body's Nervous System. It takes you out of feelings of "fight-or-flight" and anxiety and into a state where you feel grounded, calm + present within your body.

🚗 PARKING: Free parking available in the lot outside the venue. Park on the grass / wood chips if lot becomes full.
