Little Yogi & Me ages 0-4 is a modified form of yoga specifically designed for children. It incorporates playful and age-appropriate poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being in young individuals! We will be outside!! Please bring water and a mat or towel for you and your little yogi to share.
