Soul Work & Sazón: A Healing Series for Women Releasing, Reclaiming & Rising

This five-part workshop series is for women who are carrying too much — the emotional labor, the expectations, the silence — and are ready to put some of it down. If you’ve been showing up for everyone else and losing sight of yourself in the process, this is your invitation to pause, reset, and come back to you.

Led by Dr. Tanya Crabb (aka Dr. Brooklyn Chick), licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Soul Works, and Dr. Marinela Maskuti, public health expert and integrative healing facilitator, each session blends mind-body practices, real talk, and soulful reflection — all grounded in sisterhood and shared wisdom.

This isn’t surface-level self-care. It’s deep nourishment for your nervous system and spirit. We’ll move through themes like emotional overload, boundaries, body image, aging, identity, and intergenerational healing — all with compassion, humor, and zero pressure to be anything other than your full, messy, beautiful self.

And yes, there will be sazón. Each in-person gathering includes a lovingly prepared meal from Loaded Empanada, because healing should be delicious too.

These are not lectures — they’re soul-tending spaces. Think soft landings, full bellies, and space to breathe. You’ll leave each session with something tangible to carry forward — a new insight, a journal prompt, a breath practice, or just a little more peace than you walked in with.
