Where Flowers Bloom: A Gentle Support Group for Depression & Emotional Heal
About this Event
You are not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone.
This weekly support group uses flowers as a metaphor for emotional growth, healing, and self-compassion. Each week, we’ll focus on a different flower and the emotional themes it represents (like resilience, rest, or renewal), using it as a starting point for group discussion, reflection, and gentle activities. We meet weekly starting July 19th at 4pm.
🌸 What to Expect
- Weekly themes inspired by flowers & nature
- Supportive group conversations around emotions
- Gentle tools for emotional regulation & self-care
- A soft, welcoming, non-judgmental space
