About this Event

Join for this free mat Pilates workout in Zilker park! This is suitable for beginners and modifications will be provided. Bring your mat and water bottle, though we will have some extra mats.

This event is hosted by Este of Rebel Well, a wellness company celebrating athletes of all kinds!

HOW TO FIND US: park near the sand volleyball courts in Zilker Park, look for the green balloon off to the left of the courts, we will be practicing in the shade near a tree!
