Module 1: Introduction to Self-Defense
Understanding the basics of self-defense.
Legal and ethical considerations
Module 2: Managing Unknown Contacts
Reading body language
Using non-verbal communication to manage threats
Gym Work and Practical Exercises
Mat work: basic grappling and underhook techniques
Striking techniques using punching bags
Understanding Posture,underhooks/overhooks, Head Control
Module 3: Unarmed Defense Techniques
Basics of Striking
Creating space and distance
Module 4: Armed Defense and Firearm Handling
How to draw your firearm efficiently from concealment
Creating space to draw your gun
Safety Procedures for Handling Firearms for Everyday Carry.
Module 6: Live Fire Drills
Incorporating learned techniques in live fire scenarios
Evaluating decision-making under pressure
Module 7: Review and Feedback
Recap of key techniques and strategies
Individual feedback from instructors

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Effectively manage unknown contacts using body language and verbal skills
Execute less lethal strikes and create distance.
Draw and handle firearms safely and efficiently.
Apply movement and positioning in a defensive scenario.
Perform basic grappling and striking techniques.
Course Requirements:
Participants must be 18 years or older. No felons!
Prior experience with firearms is recommended but not required.
Preparation:
Comfortable athletic wear is advised for gym work.
Participants should bring their firearms and holsters for live fire exercises (if applicable).
