'25 Weakley Family Reunion - Event registration, attendee info, & donations

The Weakley Family Reunion is back for 2025! Register EACH attendee online.

About this Event

* This registration is for the Sunday Main Event (Picnic)only *

Registration Details (PLEASE READ):

• Page 1: Select the quantity of people you’re registering, along with your group’s contribution to the main event (picnic). Scroll down to enter monetary donations (preferred).
• Add-on: Purchase optional T-shirts on page 1, in the Add-on section (See Early Bird Discount). Shirt image/color included in flyer. We encourage you to purchase a new shirt. If not, feel free to wear the previous reunion t-shirt.

• Page 2: You’ll check out and enter names of those you’re registering, including children. Note: if the child does not have an email address, you may re-enter email address of an attending adult.
• Monetary donations - Page 2: This is optional and above and beyond your ticket/registration cost. Please add details of who is making the donation. You will notice, this will increase the number you are registering. Don't be alarmed, as you will not be charged for another registration, the system is just documenting the donation for record keeping purposes.

• Page 3: Complete personal information for each attendee (birthdays, etc)

Main Event Contributions & Information:

• Monetary donations (preferred): The family reunion planning committee is counting on everyone’s monetary donations. Registration costs and donations will pay for the Sunday Main Event Shelter Rental, materials, activities, food, entertainment, event and grilling supplies, decorations, and more! Menu may include items such as ribs, roast beef or brisket, chicken, plenty of sides and more!

• Food/supply donations: If bringing beverages, supplies, or food, please select from the list of needed items on page one. This indicates that you are committed to bringing the quantity of items listed.

• Activity donations: If you plan to bring any games or activities for the picnic, please text Nile or James to let them know (phone numbers on the flyer). No need to include this in the registration details. Let us know as soon as possible. We may include such activites in the overall weekend run-of-show, which will be finalized soon.

After Check-Out OPTIONAL Questions:

• Enter optional information to help stay connected. Please enter your current address.
• Provide your birthday (year and age optional)
• After check-out, you will receive an email verifying your registration/ticket purchases. You can also log back into Eventbrite to view the registration details.
