🗣 Talk: The Importance of Nutrition
Led by our in-house nutritionist Claire, this insightful session explores the foundational role of food in supporting wellness and overall vitality.

🎵 Healing Frequencies with the Rife Machine
Immerse yourself in the calming tones of Solfeggio frequencies. We’ll run two tailored sessions using our Rife machine to promote energetic balance and wellbeing. (not suitable for anyone who has a pacemaker fitted)

🧘 Guided Meditation with Greg
Relax and recharge with a peaceful guided meditation from our hypnotherapist Greg, designed to restore calm and clarity.

🌬 Breathwork with Dave
Connect to your breath and rebalance your nervous system in a powerful yet accessible breathwork session with Dave.
