Our Mindful Yoga practice consists of gentle stretching and strengthening exercises done slowly with awareness of breath and sensations that arise as we move from pose to pose.
All levels welcome; modifications and variations will be offered. Bring yoga blocks and straps to use with modifications.
Monday Evening Mindful Yoga classes are hybrid—virtual and indoor in-person options.
Members: $60/5-week series
Non-Members: $85/5-week series
