With all the changes happening in the world, all of us need extra support and kindness from each other. Not only do adults benefit from meditation, but so do our children. In that spirit, we are offering free meditation classes for children from 5 years to 12 years.

Our Meditation Sessions for Children will combine Music and Art.

Meditation for Kids enhances Self-Esteem And Self-Love , Focus , Relieves Stress, Supports Healthy Emotional Development, Self Confidence in them.
