Welcome to Manes & Menopause!

Join us from 5:30-8:30 on Saturday June 21 at Planet Peace Farm for a summer evening micro-retreat, under the sky, and in the company of horses.

We’ll be:

- discussing the book Goddesses Never Age by Dr. Christiane Northrup 📚

- experiencing the therapeutic benefits of Equine Facilitated Learning 🐴

- enjoying a relaxing, gentle Stretch & Meditation session 🧘🏻‍♀️

Whether you're just starting to experience menopause or have been navigating it for years, Manes & Menopause is an opportunity to connect and learn together. See you there!

Limited to 8 participants. Please read the book in advance. Light refreshments will be served, so plan to enjoy an early dinner prior to your arrival.

Planet Peace Farm is conveniently located in Raleigh, next to Knightdale and near I-540.
