Join us in beautiful La Quinta (Palm Springs area) for Desert Reset—a women-only day retreat designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and remember how powerful you are.

Hosted by Amy Baack, founder of Mind Body Badass, this luxury one-day experience takes place at a private home studio with stunning mountain views, sunny poolside vibes, and a safe, supportive space for rest, movement, and intention.

This is not your average yoga retreat. It’s a full-body, full-soul experience created to help you feel like your most grounded, glowing, and badass self.
