The event will take place on 6th July 2025 at 2pm , at Forme Studio, 11-15 North View, Cullercoats, North Shields NE30 4PF.
During this cacao ceremony, we will honor the ancient tradition of using ceremonial-grade cacao to unlock the heart's wisdom and promote healing.
Through guided meditations, gentle movement, and soulful connections, we will delve into our inner selves, nurturing our spirits and embracing the power of motherhood.

Who is it for?
- For those who want to join together with other like-minded women and local mums.
- Mums who are navigating difficult times or those who simply want to honour and celebrate their own unique motherhood journey.
- It's for mums who are feeling the pull to look after themselves and have some space away from the home, to restore and rejuvenate.
This is a chance for you fully to rest, restore and receive, so please leave your little ones at home.
Ceremonial Cacao is suitable for pregnancy and breastfeeding, a lower dose will be prepared for you (please inform host). Herbal tea can be prepared, as an alternative for anyone who would like to soak up the energy of the ceremony without consuming Cacao.

This gathering is an opportunity to find support, share experiences, and cultivate a sense of community (a Facebook group for continued connection too).
All women embarking on the motherhood journey are welcome, regardless of age or background, to come and be part of this nurturing space.
