About this Event

June Theme: Relating to Your Body

Join us for a monthly gathering for community connection and somatic nervous system regulation. This group is a gentle space for mothers in the postpartum season—whether it’s your first or fifth time. Guided by therapist Ansley Huffman, LPC-A (Supervised by Ilyse Kennedy, LPC-S).

Each 90-minute session offers a blend of:

  • Community and authentic sharing — a space to be seen, known, and supported
  • Simple somatic tools for grounding, self-regulation, and nervous system care
  • Opportunities for deep reflection and personal growth in community
  • Gentle movement and breathwork to reconnect with your body and restore balance
  • Creative or meditative practices to spark curiosity, joy, and presence

This group is offered on a donation basis with a suggested sliding scale of $20–$35 per session. This sliding scale helps cover the cost of space rental and the time spent preparing the group. Please give what aligns with your capacity — your care and participation are just as valuable.
