Experience expert care with the Aveda team, starting with an in-depth camera analysis that reveals the true condition of your hair and scalp. Following the consultation, you’ll receive personalised advice and a complimentary treatment and blow-dry.

Date: Friday 2 - Saturday 31 May (excluding Thursdays)

Time: You will be contacted directly to secure an appointment time, subject to availability.

Location: Aveda Salon on Level 3, Selfridges Birmingham

Appointments: Maximum 1 complimentary consultation per VIP.

Please note: This is a registration of interest. A member of the Aveda team will contact you to confirm your appointment, subject to availability. This experience is only valid between Friday 2 - Saturday 31 May (excluding Thursdays) and cannot be transferred to other bookings.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• As a Selfridges VIP you are permitted to make one booking per person for the maximum amount of tickets outlined on the events booking page.
• All event bookings must be made using the email associated with your VIP account. Failure to do so may result in your tickets being cancelled without any prior warning
• Multiple bookings made by a single VIP user may result in ticket cancellation without any prior warning
• Failure to attend the event without cancellation or outside of the 48 hour window will result in restricted access to future events, and future event bookings being cancelled
• Please only book for the number of guests guaranteed to attend, booking for more tickets than required will prevent other VIPs from gaining access to the event. Should you attend the event with less guests than originally booked for may prevent you gaining access to future events.

WAITLIST

• Waitlists are in place when an event has reached its maximum capacity.
• Available spaces will be allocated to the waitlist when space becomes available following another VIP cancelling their allocation.
• Available spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis
• When you are allocated a space on the event, you will be informed via an email from Eventbrite; you have 24 hours to respond and accept the space on the event. Failure to respond in this time frame the next person on the waitlist will be automatically allocated and you will remain on the event until the next available space.
