Join Jessica of My Purple Mat and Teishu Mike of Intentional Tea Time for a deeply nourishing and transformative experience focused on opening and balancing your third eye chakra – the center of intuition and inner wisdom.

We begin with restorative yoga. Gentle, held postures will mindfully activate and bring awareness to the third eye, encouraging clarity and insight.

Following yoga, we transition to a Tea Ceremony. Witness the mindful preparation of a special tea, featuring herbs traditionally associated with the third eye. As the tea steeps, a meditation will further awaken your inner vision before we mindfully partake of the tea through a deep sensory exploration. Opportunities for journaling will be offered throughout.

As the tea gently warms your being, immerse yourself in a soothing Soundbath of crystal singing bowls, with frequencies harmonizing with the third eye, promoting deep relaxation and heightened perception.

Finally, we move into Ecstatic Dance, a liberating practice of intuitive movement. Release blockages and celebrate inner expression as you connect with your inner guidance.

This event offers a holistic pathway to opening and balancing your third eye chakra, fostering intuition, clarity, and a deeper connection to your inner self.
