Trainings provide women the information they need to recognize dangerous situations, avoid them, and escape if the worst happens.

Participants must be at least 14 years of age.

These trainings provide women the information they need to recognize dangerous situations, avoid them, and escape if the worst happens. Specific content and supporting anecdotes are selected so they are optimally relevant to the specific participant group.

Refund requests will be honored up to 24 hours prior to class. After that time, if you cannot attend the class you signed up for, we will assist you in rescheduling to another class.
