Soul Mamas was created to offer holistic healing for people experiencing grief. After our own deep loss, we know that many people even our closest friends and family members may find it hard to understand and witness our grief.

With over twenty years in the health and wellness business, Karen Russell (certified grief educator & yoga teacher) and Carolina Pelayo (certified grief therapist & yoga teacher), offer their holistic healing modalities to bring more peace to the grieving process.

Join Karen and Carolina for a wonderful evening of sharing our thoughts (you have the option to share with the group or you can simply witness and be of support), essential oils, breath work, Sound Bath with a beautiful community.

Please know out of the respect for the guests who are on time we do not allow late arrivals. There is plenty of street parking, and for this event you can park in the store located on Weddington and Vineland (it is a bright yellow building with pink trim).
