  • 2025 Transformational Leadership Awards: Local champions will be celebrated for their profound impact and influence within their industries and the broader community.
  • TransFORM Growth Cohorts (TGCs): Attendees will gather at tables of eight, each forming a cohort (TGC) for the day. They will engage in enriching discussions following the speakers, guiding one another in crafting their personal growth plans within a specially curated workbook for the conference. TGCs will be urged to swiftly apply the leadership lessons gleaned from both local and world-class orators.
  • TGCs are designed to foster collective experiential growth, providing dedicated moments throughout the day for dialogue on redefining organizational opportunities as triumphs.
  • Cross-sectional TGCs will also be woven into the day’s fabric, allowing participants to forge new connections. Ideally, these cohorts may continue their journey as accountability partners well beyond the conference's conclusion.
