Breath & Ink: A Journaling and Breathwork Session
About this Event
This one is for anyone who feels stuck in their head but doesn’t want to stay there.
We’ll begin with guided breathwork led by Anna to get your blood moving and your thoughts loosened up. From there, you’ll move into a two-part journaling process designed to help clear mental clutter and access what’s underneath.
First, you’ll write. No structure, no pressure. Just a list, a brain dump, whatever needs to come out. Then we shift into what we call a subconscious scribble. Let your pen move freely across the page as you reflect on the words that surfaced. You can sketch, doodle, draw lines or shapes. There’s no right way to do it. This is about process, not polish.
Come move it through your system with breath, words, and a burst of creative energy.
