About this Event

Discovery College are so pleased to offer a Men's Peer Support Group.

Through peer support people living with mental health challenges are seen as part of the solution. We have a significant and active role to play in supporting our own and others’ recovery. Walking alongside someone who understands, who ‘gets it’ helps us to feel less alone. It offers us the opportunity to explore our feelings and think about what will help us to live the life we choose

This group offers a safe, non-judgemental space where men can talk openly, share experiences, be listened to and feel supported without judgement.
