⏰ Time: Walk starts at 6:00 AM (Please arrive by 5:30 AM)
📍 Location: Riverwalk Park – 3459 S Ridgewood Ave, Port Orange, FL
🛣️ Route: 22 miles (11 miles out and back along US-1 through Port Orange, New Smyrna, and Edgewater)

Everyone is Welcome – This Is a Community Walk!

This event is open to the public, and we encourage families, friends, veterans, first responders, and community members of all ages to participate. Kids are welcome too, but please note:
🚸 We are not responsible for the transportation or supervision of children during the walk.

What It's All About

What started with just a few good men has grown into a powerful community mission. The Walk 22 Miles for 22 is a 22-mile walk to raise awareness for Veterans and First Responders' mental health and suicide prevention.

In 2024, we were just shy of 200 walkers — let’s smash that number in 2025 and show our support in full force!

What to Expect

✅ Walk any distance — 1 mile or the full 22, every step counts
✅ Group-paced walk with police escort
✅ Water stations every 2 miles (bring extra snacks & water too!)
✅ Shuttle vehicles available if you need to take a break or ride back
✅ Mobile DJ All Day! We’re thrilled to welcome back DJ Ali from Wicked In10tionz to keep the energy high with music throughout the entire walk!
✅ Free to walk – Donations welcome to support Volusia County First Responders & Veterans
