Join for a rare and immersive 3-day hands-on distilling Workshop at Dark Waters Distillery in Groton, Connecticut. This is more than just a class—it's an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and learn the entire craft of distillation inside a real, working distillery.

Led by industry educators and hosted by a Distillery University graduate turned distillery owner, this Workshop delivers practical, real-world training that empowers you to start your own distillery, launch a spirits brand, or elevate your existing production skills.
