Start your magical night by meeting the minds behind your favorite fantasy worlds! Mingle with featured authors during an exclusive cocktail hour, Author Photo Ops, before the festivities officially begin.
📸 Photo ops with authors and themed backdrops will be available!

7:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Masquerade Ball

As the clock strikes seven, the ballroom doors open! Step onto the Red Carpet and into a dream as the masquerade ball begins in true Disney style.

Evening Highlights Include:

• VIP Gourmet Dinner Service
• Dancing to a live DJ
• Swag Bags with exclusive merch and magical goodies
• Cash Bar featuring cocktails and non-alcoholic options
• Professional Photography with Disney-themed props
• Best Dressed Contest — prizes for Most Enchanted Look, Best Disney Duo, and Most Creative Mask

• Dress Code: Formal attire with a Disney flair; elegant masks are required. Think fairytale royalty, villainous glam, or enchanted elegance.
• This is a 16+ event ( accompanied by an Adult). tickets will be checked at entry.

We will hopefully have our favorire tatoo artist available for flash tattoos as well.


All of this will come to a close at 2pm and the transition into the Gala will take place.

VIP Cocktail Hour

Info: This hour is for VIP guest to mengle and to have one on one conversations with there favorite authors. Grab a evening cocktail at the Cash Bar, swag bag and take advantage of the Photo opportunities.

Book Ball

Info: The doors will open to all General Admission ticket holders to enjoy and partake in Photo opportunities, swag bags, dancing and cash bar.
