HBSeeYou in Motion: Cheer & Dance Residency (Camp 1)
About this Event
HBSeeYou In Motion is a high-energy, HBCU-inspired summer cheer and dance residency that introduces 4th–8th grade students to the rich culture, technique, and legacy of HBCU performance styles—including Stomp n’ Shake cheer and majorette-style dance.
This 8-week camp blends physical skill-building with cultural appreciation, empowering students to express pride, precision, and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment. No experience is required—just come ready to move and grow!

Ages: Rising 4th–8th graders
Final Showcase: July 26, 2025, 11:00AM–12:00PM
Cost: FREE to participate thanks to support from the City of Dallas Office of Arts & Culture through the Community Arts Residency Grant.
Note: A one-time Dallas Parks & Recreation membership MAY be required by the host site ($15 resident / $25 non-resident).

Students will:

This camp is hosted by Panther Booster Club, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing equity, access, and excellence in cheer and dance.
