Cybersecurity & Tech Career Summer Training Program (ages 15-18)

Preparing students for a career in Cybersecurity & tech through hands on training, career coaching/mentoring, and certification preparation.

About this Event

• This is a hybrid program that will meet twice a week face to face and include online self-paced learning modules.
• We understand that many people will be traveling over the Summer and through our hybrid program, all students will be able to still complete assignments through the online Cybersecurity self-paced learning modules we will set them up in.

Class Schedule:

• Classes will meet face to face on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 am -12 pm
• There will also be online classwork to complete outside of class meeting times

Summary of the Program:

Through our Cybersecurity & Tech Career Summer Training Program, high school students will participate in hands on learning assignments and projects that will introduce them to Cybersecurity concepts such as threat detection, ethical hacking, and how to protect personal and company assets from cyber threats. In addition to this, students will work with tech mentors and professionals who will assist with their digital portfolio and resume development while also preparing students for entry level certification exam readiness.

Our main goal is for students to leave our program prepared to go in front of an employer for an internship.
