Wellness Series at the Moody
About this Event
Take time for yourself at the Moody's Summer Wellness Series hosted on Fridays at noon. Guests are invited to participate in low-impact mindfulness and yoga sessions guided by staff from Rice University’s Gibbs Recreation Center. Paired with a walk through our galleries and lunch at the Moody Café, these hour-long, free classes are the perfect way to end the week. Registration is appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome.

June 20 | No Class in Honor of Juneteenth
June 27 | Meditation led by Yeejin
Paid parking is available in the Moody Lot or West Lot 4, all sessions will be held in the Central Gallery. Please bring a mat for yoga and a cushion for meditation, while equipment may be available, availability is not guaranteed.
