Join Jessica Metayer from Jess Breathe and Flow for an immersive four part healing series. Each circle will be a restorative, community-centered experience designed to invite reflection, connection, and emotional well-being.

What to Expect:

What to Bring: A journal, pen, water bottle, and any comfort items (blanket, crystals, etc.) that help you feel grounded.
