Come early to set up, breathe in the ocean breeze to imporve oxygen flow, and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of the sound bath. No experience necessary – just bring an open mind and a willingness to relax.

What to bring:

1. Dress comfortably, this class includes light movement (pants, sweat shirt, leggings, etc.)

2. Blanket, pillow, yoga mat, and jacket (It might be get chilly)

About your facilitator Jennifer:

Jennifer is a Teacher, Sound Healer, Breathwork facilitator and trainer based in Los Angeles. She uses Faith, Family Theories, Human Development, and Psychology in her approach to help individuals, families, and communities. She is also an expert in grief and loss. Jennifer has over 15 years of hands on experience in communities all over the Los Angeles County. Jennifer has a deepened understanding of self-care practices, behavior change, and esteem building. Her mission is to help families and communities heal from the inside out.

She received a Masters of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with Distinction. She also has a bachelors of Science in Community Health Education and School Health Education.
