VENDORS REGISTRATION FOR THE IBPOEW (ELKS) GRAND LODGE AND GRAND TEMPLE CONVENTION IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA.

GREETINGS VENDORS:

The Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World (“Elks”) is pleased to invite you to our Grand Lodge National Convention to be held July 25 – August 1 at WestGate Hotel Las Vegas Nevada. The vendor area is FREE to the general public.

This event is for individuals and all entrepreneurs who own a business and want to network. As an exhibitor/vendor, we would like your company to set up a table, offer demonstrations, and provide informational material, including educational/informational flyers/brochures.

The recommended method for registration and payment is online at Payment by credit card can be made online at Eventbrite. If you mail your registration, it must be made by a certified bank check made payable to Elks Grand Lodge, IBPOE of W., Convention Department. Vendor space will be first come, first served.

To be permitted to sell the Goods at the Event, Vendor shall pay Elks the following fee:$500.00 per 10x10 space (1 table included) $25.00 for each additional table. NO OUTSIDE TABLES. The purchase of more than one (1) space is available.

2 . Pay, in full, with a credit card on Eventbrite.

3. Print, complete, and email the Vendor Agreement and proof of payment to dmVuZG9ycyB8IGlicG9ldyAhIG9yZw==. Be sure to print and email all 8 pages. Download and Print the agreement at .
