CBRC Health & Fitness is excited to offer Lifting Essentials, a foundational strength training program designed for youth in 7th grade and up. Whether your child is brand new to the gym or looking to improve their lifting form, this two-week course sets them up for long-term success in fitness.
🧠 What they'll learn:
- Proper lifting techniques & gym safety
- Body awareness and movement mechanics
- Flexibility and mobility training
- Basic conditioning
- Gym etiquette & equipment familiarity
📅 Program Details:
- Duration: 2 weeks
- Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Class Size: Limited to 8 participants for a personalized experience
- Location: CBRC Health & Fitness, Richland, WA
