Lifting Essentials – Youth Strength Training Program

CBRC Health & Fitness is excited to offer Lifting Essentials, a foundational strength training program designed for youth in 7th grade and up. Whether your child is brand new to the gym or looking to improve their lifting form, this two-week course sets them up for long-term success in fitness.

🧠 What they'll learn:

  • Proper lifting techniques & gym safety
  • Body awareness and movement mechanics
  • Flexibility and mobility training
  • Basic conditioning
  • Gym etiquette & equipment familiarity

📅 Program Details:

  • Duration: 2 weeks
  • Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Class Size: Limited to 8 participants for a personalized experience
  • Location: CBRC Health & Fitness, Richland, WA
