Join us this summer at 44th & Wellness in Wheat Ridge, CO for a powerful 4-part Somatic Healing Series thatโll help you get out of your head and back into your body (where the real magic happens). Each session offers a trauma-informed, body-based approach to healing thatโs accessible, empowering, and deeply nourishing.
Whether you're looking to chill out your nervous system, meet your inner child, or simply feel more at home in your body, we've got a seat (or a yoga mat) waiting for you.

AUG 17 โ Connecting the Pieces with All Leaders
Integrate what youโve learned and walk away with tools to bring this somatic goodness into your daily life.

You will need a YOGA MAT, and a NOTEBOOK! Snacks will be provided following the session.
