About this Event

As summer winds down, we’re toasting with drinks that capture the sweetness of the season. In this cocktail class, you’ll build three full-pour cocktails that highlight late-summer fruits, mellow spices, and smooth spirits—featuring Green Door’s whiskey and bourbon lineup. These are golden hour, backyard-evening kind of drinks. We’ll cover seasonal pairing tips and how to use fruit-forward syrups and warm finishes to carry that golden summer vibe into fall.

We cannot serve patrons cocktails before the class because of the amount served during the class. If you'd like to come to the Tasting Room early, you're welcome to enjoy mocktails, soda, coffee or tea, or a canister of Wine Chips.
