You’ll build three full-pour cocktails that let these standout spirits take the spotlight—whether they’re sweet, floral, spiced, or fruity. We’ll dive into complementary mixers, balancing sugar and acid, and how to use liqueurs to build layered drinks that surprise and delight. Great for folks looking to try something new and a little adventurous!

We cannot serve patrons cocktails before the class because of the amount served during the class. If you'd like to come to the Tasting Room early, you're welcome to enjoy mocktails, soda, coffee or tea, or a canister of Wine Chips.
