The sun’s at its highest—and so are your cocktail standards. Celebrate the longest day of the year with drinks that channel golden hour in a glass. Using Green Door spirits, you’ll create three full-pour cocktails inspired by the warm glow and color palette of a summer sunset. Think radiant oranges, soft pinks, and purples, layered flavors, and stunning presentation. We’ll talk about color theory in cocktails, how to create visually stunning layers, and how to make every sip feel like the perfect summer evening.

We cannot serve patrons cocktails before the class because of the amount served during the class. If you'd like to come to the Tasting Room early, you're welcome to enjoy mocktails, soda, coffee or tea, or a canister of Wine Chips.
