About this Event


Each week, we’ll explore a new mindfulness technique—from breathwork to body scans—designed to help you navigate daily stress, improve focus, and reconnect with your inner self. Whether you're brand new to meditation or building a deeper practice, you’re welcome here.


  • When: Mondays at 6:30 PM
  • Where: From the Ground Up Books – Shepherdsville
  • Includes: In-person and Zoom access, journal prompts, recorded meditations, and a curated meditation box
  • Cost: $130 for full 6-week course

Week1 Stillness Within Breathwork basics + grounding techniques

Week 2 Body Awareness Body scan meditation + gentle movement

Week 3 - Emotional Resilience Observing emotions without judgment

Week 4 - Releasing Stress Visualization + tension release practice

Week 5 - Cultivating Kindness Loving-kindness meditation

Week 6 - Creating a Daily Ritual Integration + building a personal practice
