About this Event

Step into a powerful weekend of transformation with the Art of Assisting training at Baptiste Power Yoga San Francisco. This weekend-long training experience is designed for yoga practitioners and teachers who want to deepen their understanding of alignment, expand their ability to connect with others, and gain the tools to offer safe, empowering hands-on assists.

Whether you're looking to refine your own physical practice or feel more confident supporting students in theirs, this training will give you the practical techniques and embodied wisdom to assist with clarity, intention, and presence.

Through a combination of practice teaching, hands-on partner work, group discussion, and real-time feedback, you’ll explore:

• The methodology and foundational principles for effective assisting
• Body mechanics and alignment for all poses in the Journey into Power sequence
• How to create connection, trust, and transformation in the room

Training Schedule:
📅 Saturday, October 4 – Sunday, October 5
🕒 Saturday: 8:00am–6:00pm
🕒 Sunday: 8:00am–6:00pm

*You will have a 1 hour lunch break each day, in addition to snack breaks!

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat and towel
• Water bottle
• Notebook and pen
• Comfortable clothes to move and assist in
• An open heart and willingness to learn

This training is open to all dedicated students and teachers ready to grow. Whether you’re currently teaching or simply curious about deepening your practice, you’ll leave with new insight, confidence, and connection.

PS - This course is registered through Yoga Alliance and, upon completion, you are eligible to receive 20 CEUs (continuing education units).
