Ideathon - Berlin

The San Francisco Company is a humanitarian organization hosting a new series of Ideathons across the globe. These events encourage teams to come tackle a surprise prompt in exchange for free patenting services. Our prompts regard advanced necessities in the humanitarian field. We encourage teams to be well-rounded or highly specialized for effective strategies. Computers and phones are allowed. Sessions allow up to three hours of work time, but teams can submit answers at any point before that and excuse themselves from the event once finished.

Winners are determined by a panel of professionals working in specialized areas closely related to the prompt. Winner announcements are sent out three weeks after the date of the Ideathon via email. Winners will be brought together for photos and medal handouts and submitted to various media outlets for recognition.

All ages and backgrounds are welcome. Any group with a team member(s) under 18 must have at least one guardian in attendance, and guardians must purchase a ticket to enter.
