Come to Magic Tree Sanctuary in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia for a one-day retreat to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself in the stillness of the forest.

• Begin the morning with a shinrin-yoku forest bathing session to awaken your senses to receive the medicine of the natural world.
• Enjoy a nourishing vegetarian lunch prepared with intention and care.
• Tap into joy and creativity through expressive arts activites—no special skills needed, just a willingness to play.
• The rest of the day is yours to retreat in the way your soul needs: meditate, journal, explore, practice yoga, or simply rest in a hammock under the trees.

When: Saturday, July 19, 2025 | 10:00am until 5:00pm

Where: Magic Tree Sanctuary, a private 53-acre property in Meadows of Dan, Virginia

Registration: $100 ~ includes the program and vegetarian lunch

Space is limited so we can give you the highest level of attention.
