Participate in a ricotta demonstration, then make your own pasta and ravioli!

About this Event

This is a very hands on class. The only "dumb questions" are those that you don't ask. This is a learning environment where everyone of all skill levels are welcome!

We welcome guest host Angela Young, owner of Woodstock Creamery at Valleyside Farm! She is going to do a ricotta demonstration with us that we will then use in our ravioli after we make our own pasta! Because the ricotta needs to be chilled, you will take home a 16oz container of the ricotta we make live. You will also take home your choice of spaghetti, fettuchini or lasagna sheets that we make in class, as well as enjoy a meal of ravioli.

This event is BYOB.
