We’re excited to announce the continuation of our Power Your Self-Resilience workshop series with a NEW class time of 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM every Friday at the Winter Park Library!


Join us for guided meditation and gentle chair yoga at our next Power Your Self-Resilience class. Learn simple techniques to help you maintain everyday harmony in your heartbeat, and through it, harmony in your physical body, emotions, and mental processes. Learn how to improve your overall performance, health, and well-being. Learn how to communicate harmoniously to avoid potential mistakes and misunderstandings. Learn contemplative eating techniques to improve digestion. Learn how to tap into your intuitive intelligence, involve heart wisdom in decision-making, avoid emotional burnout, and how you, through the harmony in your heart, affect the people and environment around you. Learn how to improve your sleep quality and what it means to truly relax. Join us for a resilience-building practice with a pinch of science and the ancient truths. Individual Heart Coherence practice with Biofeedback Technology is available by the end of each workshop!
