The Early Learning System Initiative (ELSI) at Oregon State University is excited to offer 2 days of diving into the Practice-Based Coaching cycle through four Set 2 sessions focused on:

• Collaborative Partnerships

• Shared Goals and Action Planning

• Focused Observation

• Reflection and Feedback

For those who have already completed Practice-Based Coaching training, we invite you to join us in expanding your knowledge and coaching skills throught extension opportunites. These sessions will focus on:

• Adult Learning Principles
• Group Coaching Formats
• Using Data to Support PBC
